1月，迁至安吉经济开发区范潭工业园区，占地35亩，圣氏进入了一个新的阶段。In January, 2004,Shengshi entered a new stage with moving to Fantan Industrial Park in Anji Economic Zone. 

4月，竹叶抗氧化物作为新型天然食品添加剂列入GB-2760。In April, "Antioxidants of Bamboo Leaves”was included in the GB-2760 as a new natural food additives.

被认定为“浙江省高新技术企业”。In 2002,our company was identified as“High-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province”

1月，推出健康饮品“个个健”淡竹叶饮料。In January,the introduction of health drinks“Gegejian”,Lophatherum gracile beverage.

3月，与四川韵律合作开发推广竹叶黄酮饮料。 In March, we develop the bamboo leaf beverage with Sichuan Yunlv Cooperation.

8 月， “竹叶黄酮”获批国家级新产品。In August, "EOB" approved state-level new products.

12 月， “竹康宁胶囊”研发成功，并批准为国家级保健食品。In December, "bamboo Corning capsule" research and development success, and approved as a national health food.

4月“安吉圣氏生物制品有限公司”成立，注册资本380万元，厂址位于天荒坪镇，占地10亩。In April, “Anji Shengshi Biological Products Co., Ltd.” was established with registered capital of 3.8 million yuan, covering area.

7 月，与浙江大学合作开发“竹叶黄酮”产品，开始了以竹叶黄酮为核心的发展历程。In July, 1997, we began working with Zhejiang University to develop “bamboo leaves flavonoids” products as the core development.
